By using our website, booking system, or attending in‑studio services, you agree to the following terms. Happy Aura Swedish Massage & Reflexology complies with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the professional standards of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

2. Terms of Service

By booking or attending a treatment, you confirm that:

  • All treatments are strictly professional, therapeutic and non‑sexual

  • You are 18 years or over and in suitable health for treatment

  • You will disclose all relevant medical information during consultation

  • We may refuse or end a session if it is unsafe, inappropriate, or information has been withheld

  • All content (text, images, logos, branding) is the property of Happy Aura Swedish Massage & Reflexology

  • Sessions are one‑to‑one with Samantha Foroozandeh in a private, hygienic studio

 

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • All appointments must be pre‑booked (no walk‑ins)

  • Confirmation is sent via text or email

Cancellation and rescheduling

  • 48 hours or more: No charge

  • Less than 24 hours: £20 charge

  • No‑show: Full treatment fee charged

Cancellations can be made by replying to your confirmation message, texting 07790 006664, or using the website contact form.

 

4. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment is due at time of booking (online) or on arrival (cash or card)

Refunds

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: Full refund

  • Late cancellations: Refund minus £20 fee

Gift vouchers are non‑refundable and valid for 12 months from purchase.

 

5. Gift Voucher Terms

  • Available online or in‑studio

  • Posted via Royal Mail First Class within 24 hours

  • Valid for 12 months from the issue date

  • Non‑transferable once used

  • Lost or damaged vouchers: £10 re‑issue fee

  • Redeemable only against listed services

 

6. Health & Safety Policy

We maintain high hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Therapist procedures

  • Clean professional uniform

  • Treatment area thoroughly cleaned and reset between every client

  • All surfaces disinfected using professional‑grade sanitation products

  • Fresh linens and towels used for every client

Client requirements**

  • Wash hands on entry

  • Follow any reasonable hygiene guidance given on arrival

  • Arrive on time and in good health

Contraindications – no treatment provided if you have:

  • Fever or flu‑like symptoms

  • Open wounds or skin infections

  • Recent surgery (within 6 weeks unless medically cleared)

  • Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)

  • Intoxication (alcohol or drugs)

 

7. Complaints Procedure

We aim to resolve any concerns quickly and professionally.

  1. Raise your concern with Samantha during or after your session

  2. Submit a formal complaint via text (07790 006664) or the website contact form

  3. Acknowledgement within 48 hours

  4. Full response within 7 working days

If unresolved, you may escalate to:

  • Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) – for data protection issues only
